YFL 31 silver head flute, earlier version of the 312 but in reality, hardly different, and of superior manufacture quality. The pads have some use, but are in good condition. The flute surface is stunning, and it plays extremely easily for a student or hobbyist. Our last one before Xmas.
The 31 is considered to be the best of all the 3 series silver head Yamaha flutes (31. 311. 312) but now difficult to come across in this type of top condition.
This model has extra adjustment screws that make maintenance easier, and servicing cheaper.

The Yamaha 31 has a solid silver headjoint, and silver plated body. Fully Made In Japan flute (unlike the 312), with offset G, and Split E mechanism, perfect for students.
We only stock the 211, 311/31 models, as the current 212 and 312 manufacture has been sourced out to other countries. The 211 and 311/31 range are much more consistant in quality, and 99% the same as the 212 and 312. Therefore as an investment the 211S and 311/31 are a better buy.
